Earnings Calendar

API Enterprise

Upcoming and recent earnings announcements for a region's listings, with the announcement time where the company has published one. Each row carries the full enterprise identity block of the listing it is reported against.

Available Data Points:

  • Identity block: company, ticker, exchange, operatingMic, mic, isin, figi, shareClassFigi, ortexCid, ortexSid, ortexTid, mainTid, tidCurrency and exchangeCountry of the listing the announcement is reported against: one active listing of the company (its lowest-numbered active trading item, the same one the retail feed names). isin is the security's latest-starting active ISIN.
  • Datetime: The most important date and time of the announcement, YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mmZ (UTC).
  • Title: A human-readable headline for the announcement, e.g. 'Q4 Earnings 2025'.
  • Description: The announcement's summary, including the session (before or after market) where known.
  • Estimated Date: True when the date is an estimate (a derived expected release date) rather than one the company has announced. An estimate is replaced by the announced date once one exists.
  • Event Type Name: The source event type name, which says the same thing in words.

Filtering

region selects listings by their exchange's country (default US). from_date is required and to_date defaults to today; pass a future to_date for scheduled announcements. The window may span at most 31 days. Coverage is the ORTEX US earnings universe (universe 1940, the set the v1 earnings endpoint reads), not every company ORTEX covers. A non-US region therefore returns an empty result. A company with no active listing cannot be identified and is left out of this feed. Access follows your key's region and date-window restrictions.

Try it out! You can test the API with the trial key TEST. Simply include it in your request headers; either here, or add the header "Ortex-Api-Key": "TEST" to your http request.

Trial key restrictions: Trial keys may be limited to a specific date range and set of regions. Requests outside the allowed regions or entirely outside the allowed date range are rejected; a date window that partially overlaps the allowed range is trimmed to it, reported in meta.restriction.
