API Enterprise
Dividend declarations as companies announce them, for every listing in the requested region, announced inside the window. Every row is one declaration from one source document: the same dividend usually arrives more than once (a US company's SEC filing, then the listing venue's file, then S&P Capital IQ), and each arrival is its own row, so you can see which source published it first. Join rows on the ORTEX ids and the ex-date to group the arrivals of one dividend.
Built for enterprise consumers: the response is uncharged, and every row carries the full instrument identity block.

Sources
Declarations are ORTEX data. For US listings we read them from the listing venues (Nasdaq and NYSE), SEC EDGAR filings and the FINRA Daily List; for every other market, and for all history, from S&P Capital IQ. declaredSource is sec_edgar, nasdaq, nyse, finra or ciq (S&P Capital IQ).
Corrections
A declaration the company later corrected or withdrew is removed from this feed; the corrected declaration appears as its own row with its own announcement time.
Region and window
Use region to select the universe (a region name, an ISO-2 country code, or ALL; defaults to US). from_date (required) and to_date (defaults to today) bound the announcement date (UTC) and may span at most 366 days. Results are ordered by announcement time, most recent first.
Identity and coverage
Declarations ORTEX could not match to a listing are not included: a row with no listing has no country to place it in a region by, so the feed is limited to well-mapped issuers. Delisted listings are included, but every row's identity columns (company name, ticker, ISIN and the ORTEX ids) are the listing's current values rather than those it carried on the event's date; ISIN is null where the listing no longer has an active ISIN.
Try it out! You can test the API with the trial key TEST. Simply include it in your request headers; either here, or add the header "Ortex-Api-Key": "TEST" to your http request.
Trial key restrictions: Trial keys may be limited to a specific date range and set of regions. Requests outside the allowed regions or entirely outside the allowed date range are rejected; a date window that partially overlaps the allowed range is trimmed to it, reported in meta.restriction.
