Recent 13D/G Filings

Live SEC Schedule 13D and 13G ownership filings - activist stakes, 5% owners, amendments and exits - read directly from EDGAR by ORTEX, typically within minutes of the filing hitting the SEC. Each row carries the subject company, the reporting filer (with their CIK and an image URL hosted on the ORTEX CDN), the percent of class held, the change versus the same filer's prior filing on that company, shares owned, and a link to the filing on sec.gov. 13G-to-13D conversions - the moment a passive holder turns activist - are flagged as 13G>13D, and index-fund noise can be excluded with filerKind=Active.

Available Data Points:

  • Company / Exchange / Ticker: The subject company of the filing.
  • Filed date / Event date: When the filing was made and the transaction date it discloses.
  • Filing type: 13D, 13G, amendments (/A) and 13G>13D conversions.
  • Filer name / CIK / image URL: The reporting person, their stable SEC identifier and an ORTEX-hosted image.
  • Percent of class / change: The stake disclosed and its change vs the filer's prior filing.
  • Shares owned: Aggregate shares beneficially owned.
  • SEC URL: The filing's index page on sec.gov.
