US insider transactions read directly from SEC Form 3, 4 and 5 filings by ORTEX, typically within minutes of the filing hitting EDGAR. Each row is one reported transaction line: the issuer, the insider (with their stable SEC CIK and their role - director, officer with title, 10% owner), the SEC transaction code, shares, price and computed USD value, post-transaction holdings, direct/indirect ownership, whether the filing declares a 10b5-1 trading plan, and a link to the filing on sec.gov.
